Wellspring Camps have demonstrated by far the best outcomes of any summer camp for weight loss.  This is measured in two respects.  First – weight loss at camp.  Second – and more important – maintenance or continued weight loss at home, after camp.

Weight Loss at Camp

Wellspring Campers have consistently lost an average of 4.25 lbs. per week at camp.  Over a 4-week enrollment, this translates into 17 lbs.  Over an 8-week session, this works out to 34 lbs.

No other weight loss camp tracks and reports weight loss results, so it’s impossible to compare Wellspring with other camps.  However, anecdotal evidence suggests Wellspring weight loss results are superior to all other weight loss programs in the U.S.

Maintenance or Continued Weight Loss at Home

Wellspring campers are remarkably successful at maintaining or continuing weight loss at home.  After returning home, the average Wellspring camper not only maintains weight loss, but in successive studies completed 6-9 months after the end of each camp season, Wellspring campers consistently demonstrate an average CONTINUED weight loss of 5-8 lbs.

From these studies, we also know that over 70% of Wellspring campers either maintain weight loss at home, or continue losing more weight.  Less than 30% of campers experience any weight regain.
