Tuition and Fees
Tuition before reimbursement by health insurance is $5,950 for 4 weeks and $8,950 for 8 weeks.
Refundable fees include family workshop ($300) and year-round after-care program ($500). Wellspring will refund the full cost of both fees to families who support successful completion.
Admission Criteria
Wellspring Wisconsin has three criteria for admission:
1) OVERWEIGHT: Campers ages 12-18 must be at least 20 pounds overweight and have been struggling with their weight for at least one year.
2) VIEW WELLSPRING AS OPPORTUNITY: Campers must view attending Wellspring Wisconsin as an opportunity. Wellspring Wisconsin will not admit campers who are clearly opposed to attending, or who have a history of oppositional behavior or violence.
3) PHYSICAL HEALTH: Wellspring will not admit campers with medical issues requiring hospitalization.
